Founded in 1997, SmartPixels Learning Inc. helps
a diverse range of companies and organizations implement effective,
blended learning solutions. We specialize in the development
of highly interactive, customized training and performance solutions
for technical subject matter.
Our mission is to work with clients throughout all phases of the
training development process to help them meet their learning, performance,
and business needs. After conducting a thorough consultation and
training analysis, we provide instructional design services to
work closely with your subject matter experts, to develop customized content that meets your specific needs.
Using industry-standard tools, such as Adobe Captivate, Authorware,
Flash and DreamWeaver, we develop e-Learning courseware,
online job aids and manuals, product demonstrations and technical
simulations. Depending on the client's requirements, we implement
and distribute e-Learning courseware via the client's Learning
Mangement System (LMS), intranet/internet, or corporate LAN.

SmartPixels Learning is constantly looking for
experienced, talented and highly organized individuals to work
with us on a contract
basis. You must have a minimum of five years experience in the development
of technical courseware and corporate learning projects; a degree
in adult education is a definitive asset. Our team members are
required to have hands-on experience and skills in at least one
of the following areas:
- Instructional
Design
- Technical Writing
- Content Development
- Graphic Design, Interactive Design and Web Devleopment
- Learning Technology (HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Flash, Authorware,
Articulate, Qarbon, Captivate, PHP/ASP, SCORM)
- Content Management Systems, such as Drupal and Joomla
- Learning Management Systems, such as Moodle, Avilar and TrainingPartner
- Project Management.
